Very polite serviceman,. I understand that bits of refuse from the hoses drop off on the floor, but I was very surprised to find I could not use the shower without a thorough cleaning. Best if he had let me know.

I had my central air unit replaced. Pete provide a thorough estimate as well as explanation of the install. Jason installed about a week later. Very happy with the customer service provided by these two. I would recommend Capital to anyone looking for heating/air services.

I had a Wonderful and Learning experience. The customer service and Finished Job were just as they advertised. Very Professional !!! The staff was very nice and ready to answer any question(s). What else can I say, but "Awesome" Job Done. They took photos (before and after) the Ducks were Cleaned. Well pleased Customer and money well spent !!!

Communication could be improved a little bit. We also asked for a quote on a hot water heater to update everything in her home. It took some many days to get back to us on that price, and it was highly expensive. We bought the same water heater from Home Depot for way less and installed it ourselves. Overall we were very happy with the service they were professional and very nice. We love our new furnace and I assume we will love our new air-conditioning unit as well.

Our experience with Capital Heating and Cooling was pleasant and efficient. From the sales team to the home office our questions were answered quickly and correctly. The minor issues that we encountered were addressed faster than I would have ever expected. A good experience .... would recommend!
