STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I have no idea how many family members this company contacted for good reviews, but my experience was absolutely terrible. I needed a new boiler unit installed. Price wise, they were right down the middle of the 6 different companies I interviewed and received estimates from. This is only reason they received any stars. On the first day, after 16 hours of work, they removed the old unit, put in the new unit and could not get it running at all. So we spent the evening sleeping with the space heaters they loaned us. The next day, after another 12+ hours of work, the serviceman had had enough an left quickly stating only that it worked. I woke up at 4am to a freezing house. I checked the new unit and found it full of water and shooting sparks all over the place. I immediately called and left a message with the answering service. I had not received a call back by 8am the next morning so I called the sales guy who told me I woke him up and to call the service line. The dispatcher had scheduled us an appointment for later in the day. The guy that came out shook his head, sighed and began to read the install manual for 3 1/2 hours, he didn't perform much work, but he did read the manual. The company's policy is not to give the customer a report of any repair work performed. They will only provide if you request it. The manufacturer will not validate the warranty for the unit because of the terrible install work performed. They had two different reps from the manufacturer inspect the unit and the spent their time visually pointing out everything wrong, unacceptable and not up to code. After almost two months of attempted repairs and patch work, it still doesn't work right. They've offered me $30 off a seasonal service appointment in fall. Next step is contacting the BBB.

Quickly and thoroughly cleaned ducts after large renovation
The prep before the actual vacuuming of the vents was terrific. Video of before/after very helpful Clean up was excellent.

Mike C. - started off with the project by replacing water heater with larger, improved version. Old one had severe issue of rusting after lasting around 18 years. Scott and Phil performed the replacing of furnace & A/C - as they were also 18 years old, furnace was starting to rattle. All 3 did great job at communicating (my spouse was hard of hearing and I am deaf - so they did paper/pen method as well as laptop (word) - Mike C. With Scott/Phil, my spouse was home and she was able to interpret for me so we both gained better understanding of steps and what procedures were) and offering options & plans. We opted for bundle at great financing option as it's long term investment and much improved over what came with the house that we moved into a year ago and should last us for good number of years. :-)
