I did run into a problem with the upstairs thermostat not working, so there was no heat. It was on a Sunday. They came out within two hours and put in a new, much better thermostat for no charge. They are very nice people to deal with.

Everyone I was in contact with during this transformation of my oil heating to natural gas were totally professional and competent. The Capital Heating people that I went with for my new furnace were wonderful. The installation team was great and very competent, professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for more. Kudos to the team, from the sales rep to the dispatchers to the installers. All were exceptional. Thank you so much.
