I just wanted a tune-up on both AC units at my home. Wow, did they find problems! AC was fine when I turned it off last season, so I wasn?t expecting thousands of dollars in recommended fixes! NO THANKS!

The technicians that did the actual work did a great job but the tech that did the paperwork and his supervisor whose names are both Tyler are very dishonest. I would not recommend this company to anyone. First off they tried to charge me $17,000 for a furnace and water heater and the removal of a second basement furnace which included the duct work and duct cleaning. When I asked about the cost being so high and I had an estimate from another company for $7417 for an efficiency furnace which included the duct work the supervisor Tyler tried to make it an issue of me having the money to pay. No the issue is why are you charging double what another company is charging. So I took the removal of the second furnace off the estimate and the price dropped to rounded off to $11,000. So I went with this company for the installation of the furnace and water heater. When I called today to let them know my kitchen duct had not been cleaned, which was full of garbage due to no vent cap being on I
