The only problem was a blown motor on his truck which caused him some scheduling problems. He worked around this, he was at the job site for the complete process and the job was up to our expectations.

They couldn't tell you if they were coming until the day before which you had to confirm or they wouldn't show up and you might have to wait until the truck is in your area again. Also, they didn't seal the joints which apparently isn't included. I left a message for the estimator asking if this was included, but didn't get a response. My job was a small one done at a good price. I didn't have to wait too long to get scheduled. My steps to the front porch are level. I guess I will have to seal them myself to prevent them from sinking in again.
