They lose a point because they told me that they would leave an estimate in the door but they instead just showed up to do the work - several days later. However, they did a good job at a fair price.

They ran out of material and didn't raise it as much as it should have been raised, although it was acceptable and i accepted it, but it should have been better. Also I've asked them to quote several other jobs and they do not do it timely. They are very inefficient, they say they are gonna send me wuotes and do not follow up on their work.

The service was teririble! The salesman came out and told me everything that I needed done could be done. I signed a work order. I was told everything in the garage had to come out. I am 59 years old and that is not an easy job to do. When the workers got there I was told that the job would not do what I wanted done. They left and I had to put everything back into the garage. It was a total disappointment. I was told they could fix my leaning garage, but it is still leaning. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

In summary I expected more for the money. I had to wait a long time to get the work performed and was not sure if I had not "checked in" every so often that I would have been forgotten. The repair work is very noticeable and may be a detriment when it comes time to sell. My biggest issue is that the spacer joints still have to be caulked, while I appreciated the at cost supply of materials I had to purchase, I did have to buy additional eqiupment to use them. Also, the estimate I thought included everything, but apparently it did not so I ended spending more then estimated.

The price was right but they broke my i dog invisible fence wire, repaired it improperly, did not tell me about the break, and it cost me $ 130.00 to have it inspected and repaired after i tore up my yard looking for it myself....
Response from Company:
Customer did not tell us wire went through concrete or about invisible fence. We are sorry but need to know if wire go through concrete.

The job was well done and completed in a timely manner after taking in to account the weather. The office staff and workers were very knowledgeable and friendly. They worked consistently until the job was done and also competed a very satisfactory clean-up.
