Sales rep was out to do the estimate the same day the HomeAdvisor contacted them for me! Friendly service, scheduled us accordingly, got the job done immediately, and cleaned up their work site so I coudn't tell where the work was done. Very pleased.

Much lower quote than another contractor for the same job. Workers showed up on time, were polite, cleaned up after themselves and answered all of my questions. I will not hesitate to hire these guys again.

I chose CLI based on the knowledee and of my sales rep. The price and quality of work definitely met my expectations. Where they fell way short was in their customer service. They day they were suppose to do the work their workers showed up and say a van in the drive which were the hardwood floor contractors and say some debris in the drive but not where the work was being performed so they left. They did not come to the door or call me. When I called their office they did not seem too concerned and rescheduled for that Saturday only to call Friday and cancel due to none of their employess wanting to work and rescheduled again for Mon.
