The workers showed up on time and finished the work on the schedule we agreed upon. They work was done per our agreement and the clean up was done like they were never here.

Brandon, Andrew and Zack did the mudjacking on our Ann Arbor house. They are an excellent team and I highly recommend them. They answered all my questions and made sure the place was in great condition before leaving.

I hired them to perform some leveling work house. To be honest, they were not my first choice by the company I originally wanted to perform the work was unable to meet my deadline. Therefore I unfortunately had to hire CLI. They came while I was not home, left a mess to clean up and damaged my yard. Avoid this company at all costs!!

we never had a call about any problems, he paid us then hired us to do more work and paid us again.

The company was quick to come out and provide quotes. There was good follow-up from the sales men. The communication subsequent to that was generally poor. The work was scheduled. The workers showed up and made an absolute mess of the job. No one called to communicate that there were issues or when or if they were coming back. I called and left a message with the president who had his cell on the q hi ote. Everything was takem care of the next day. The work looks good and ultimately I am happy with the work.

The CLI crew arrived as scheduled and explained the process prior to starting the work. During the work the crew was very professional, courteous and answered any questions presented to them. The work was completed on time and the entire area was cleaned by the crew prior to leaving. Very professional. I would highly recommend them if you want a "do it right the first time" job.

The person doing the actual leveling seemed to know what he was doing but the two helpers with him seemed to be learning. The person operating the truck allowed overspill to poor onto my lawn (something I had specifically asked them to avoid). The person removing excess mortar in a bucket, cleaned the bucket with water at end of job and dumped residue on my lawn. In both cases significant damage to lawn resulted. I am hoping that the leveling job will also not be a disappointment in the future. At this time I am satisfied with the leveling results.
