Sales person was hard to track down (didn't return calls in a timely manner). The injection of the concrete (to jack up the slabs) was done extremely well. What they don't tell you is that the silicon sealing after the injection is really mandatory to preserve the job and it costs MORE than the injection process.

Owners cell # is on every bid sheet,and the office #. The sealing is optional (the owner (or other)is able to do the sealing and in some case (sidewalks ext.)is more cosmetic.

The whole experience was a good one. The sales team was responsive and courteous, the quote was competitive, and the work was done in a timely fashion. The work crew was also very courteous, and they worked consistently to complete the job. They helped me move a hot tub which was located on a pad that needed leveling. I would recommend CLI-Concrete Leveling to anyone with a concrete pad leveling need.

Work was done on time and by a very well trained staff. The drive was restored to a level condition and looks as it did 25 years ago. The workmen cleaned the work area and did a super job overall. I am very pleased with the job and the company.

Several slabs of concrete were left with major cracks. No attempt was made to fill holes to level of slabs.

Cracks remain but can be sealed at additional cost. And we only fill holes we drill unless other wise agreed upon.

They were scheduled to be on-site late am and showed up late pm. In addition, concrete or leveling material was spattered on our service door to our garage.

We try to give a rough time that we will be there but depending on the way the jobs before go, determine the time for the rest of the day.

they arrived about 2 pm, office said they would be there early in morning---but once here got right to the job and finished in about 2 hours--very efficient and well done
