They said they would call me to schedule service, i had to call them to follow up and found out i was scheduled. They said they'd call the day before to give me a better estimate of arrival, and i never got that call either. My neighbor watched the crew that showed up and told me they were quick and clean, were in and out. Hopefully it's a long term fix, but so far I'm satisfied in how it worked out. Had a small area in my drive that sunk, they raised that and a few other slabs on my sidewalk.

The patio on the side of my house was shifting down toward my home so that every time it rained the water was going toward my house rather than away from it. The crew came out and leveled the slabs so now the water runs away from my house. I was a little disappointed that one of the slabs drifted leaving about a two inch gap between my house and the slab but that's a chance you take doing this and this possibility was outlined in the paperwork they gave me with my quote. The staff is pleasant and very nice to work with. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely use this company again.
