workman was very honest and told us he could not level the porch due to the thickness of the concrete and fear of damaging the roof over the porch

The appointment was set, they came out on time and did the repairs in 45 minutes or so. They cleaned up afterwards and were gone. Now we are enjoying walking on a level surface of concrete. Very pleased with CLI's courteous staff.

I had them come out to level a spot where water puddled for a few years now! When he came out he gave me a plan that seemed an overkill for a small puddle! When they came the boys that did the job did just as the man that met with me listed on the sheet! Problem was that they raised everything but the area needed and I have a larger puddle and the salesman blew me off and said that I understood that they did not guarantee a fix. NOW I have a bigger puddle than before and have to have someone else came and pay them again to fix a bigger mess!!!

They definitely need to improve their scheduling process and communicate with their customers better. Customers should not need to contact them to find out when the work will be done as not having garage access for a few days requires coordination
