Other than cutting a sprinkler line they did what they said they would do. I also liked that they accepted a credit card so I could get some points back on the purchase.

Very slow to respond once given the job. I had to call them each step of the way. Once the Leveling work was completed I waited two weeks and then I had to call to see when they would return to finish the job. They then scheduled the sealing for the next week but couldn't do the work because the ground was wet. I then had to call to see when they would return. Only time they called me was to ask for money. Pretty proposal but very poor customer service.

They were very professional and efficient. The sales person (Brandon) for CLI-Concrete explained the work that was going to be performed and gave me a realistic expectation on what my driveway was going look like after the process (mudjacking underneath the slabs of concrete to level out and bring back together to be strong and safe again). Also big savings vs replacement of slabs! Thanks again to everyone!

I hired CLI to fill a void underneath my garage that a plumber told me was there from a broken water main. They came out twice and drilled and didn't reach it, so they special ordered a pipe that would allow to get deeper. Came out a 3rd time, drilled way down and pounded the heck out of it and everything was solid/no void, so that plumber was full of it. 3 trips out (45 mins each way), labor and cleanup (refilled all drilling holes), specialty tools, and they didn't charge me a dime. Also I must've talked to 5 or 6 different guys throughout this whole process and every single one was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
