"Outstanding service all around. Stone Master set up an appointment accommodating my working schedule and diagnosed the problem with non-standard sanded grout in my main bathroom. After reviewing my options, I settled on colours for both bathroom tile floors and tiled bath/shower enclosure. Chris was friendly and informative throughout the process. The difference between my upstairs bathroom was night and day, looking better than when we moved into the house and it was professionally cleaned. The grout seal discoloured on our main floor bathroom for unknown reasons, but Stone Master promptly set up a new appointment to remedy the situation. He’s installed water lines, gas lines, moved electrical outlets, installed all new receptacles in the house, installed new light fixtures, did drywall repairs, painted, stained, fixed the doors twice after the movers broke them, moved appliances, fixed the shower, removed moss from the roof and cleaned it, installed new light switches, installed exterior lights, chalked all the windows, hung new blinds, installed new flooring and molding, installed new sink vanity and faucet, replaced all the water shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen and is doing a small remodel in the kitchen (new countertops, backsplash, sink and upgrading the cabinets).
