This company is top notch. Communication was outstanding. I was sent a text when the installers were headed my way and could follow their progress right to my door. They were professional and efficient. Both were named James (the James Gang!) and they clearly knew what hey were doing. Later in the install 2 more installers stopped to help finish the project, which was terrific customer service. Once the generator work was completed, they walked me through everything I needed to know about how it functioned. I can't speak to how they would react to a problem as I haven't had any but from my interactions with various folks within the company, I believe they would be top notch there also. If you are looking to install a generator I highly recommend you talk to Anderson Water & Power

I would not hesitate to hire them in the future. Knowledgeable in their trade , and willing to review how the job would layout and to make changes to accommodate how I would feel comfortable with the finished project. Both men were polite and willing to make sure I understood how the unit worked and how to maintain it.
