Installers knowledgeable but initially installed with the air intake from inside the basement but I caught it in time to get them to install to the outside. I should not have had to direct them to do this with a Navien tankless unit with twin connections for intake and exhaust.

Installer gave a courtesy call prior to arrival. Installer arrived within the timeline quoted to us. Installer s name was Mike and he was very professional from start to finish. We had a ton of questions and he answered every single one. His install was very clean and neat and he cleaned up the work area as he worked. Mike explained to us in detail how to use and maintain our new water treatment system. No negative comments at all and would highly recommend Mike if you are installing a water treatment system.

Installation was just yesterday. Filling a 120 gallon holding tank was a bit stressful on my well. Once it was filled, and the well was given a chance to recover, everything seems to be working fine... so far. My water looks great now that the iron and bacteria have been removed. Ed did a nice job of installing the equipment.
