The exact work we had done was the annual inspection and service updates to our back up generator. The electrical technicians Anderson hires are always great. Communicative, professional, fast, they do an excellent job. Sean was all of that. A great example of quality from a reputable firm.

Steve and Jose were fantastic! Very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. The replacement/upgrade of my whole house backup generator went very smoothly. They were very polite, and cleaned up after themselves. This is a very satisfied customer!

After a somewhat rough start , Blame it on the Rona , LOL I had a whole house generator installed by Anderson . Paul , Kevin and Shaun did a fantastic install . They were professional throughout the whole install . Very dedicated to the task . They were here all day and worked thru lunch to finish the job . I would have no problem recommending this company to anybody looking for a quality install . They kept the work area clean and organized and did did not do any unnecessary damage . I would rate this a A+ company

We contracted to have a whole house generator installed at our house and two installers showed up this morning without calling. When the appt was confirmed yesterday, we were told that they would call when they were on their way, but clearly that did not happen. Just a small thing, but once we met the two individuals, it seemed then to explain that they do what they want. One of the two started examining the job and walked right through our front garden rather than walking around the plantings. Then when my husband was trying to explain things in the house, what he hoped could be done, and things like that, the other individual rebuffed his comments, told him that he needed to figure it out himself, and told him that he knew what he was doing. This man was rude about it, discounted us, and started to raise his voice. My husband told him to leave. We are now waiting for a call back from the company to discuss getting our deposit money back.

Donâ t expect hot water as soon as you turn on faucet and we knew that. We have to wait about 2 minutes before water gets warm. After that, itâ s fine. 2 minutes isnâ t that bad but think about how much water is wasted by waiting for it to warm up.
