The salesman was professional and helpful and walked me through the entire process. The installer had to make some changes to make it work and he stayed until the job was completely done which took quite a bit longer than any of us anticipated.

The Anderson company has a variety of choices of generators to choose from. The initial visit was next day , the technician ( ISHMAEL) was very knowledgeable and presented options related to my needs . The cost was lower than other electrical companies proposals. Anderson ‘s installation included the gas line connection and other work not included by the other companies proposals. Anderson Co. also monitors the generators they install,especially during the generator’s programmed automatic weekly test. The support services also includes a 24 hour repair response or a loaner is provided. The installation was completed in one day . The experience involving this major capital improvement to my 3 family home was exceptional. I highly recommend this company without reservation. I rated Anderson 5 of 5 & that is a first for me giving such a rating to anyone. repairs are not posible.

Anderson was very quick, i received a call very quickly, met with their rep and the water heater was done 2 days later. very efficient team.

Time will tell if i get my money's worth. (sooner or later I'll lose power and see how well it works.) The installation went smoothly and appears to be well done. pro: The installers were professional, knew what they were doing, and explained what I needed to know to operate the system. con: I was promised a secondary sump pump in the quote. The installer was not told and when he took a look at the sump well and told me there wasn't enough room for the backup sump. The bill was properly reduced. The generator can be connected to the cloud for remote monitoring. I was not informed of this capability and setting up the connection was not included.
