The Anderson team was very professional !! The salesman was the owner, and he was very knowledgeable. He spent all afternoon going over where and how they would install the power unit. When the team brought the generator, there were 4 very skilled people. They made sure that when they were in the house, they would not make a mess. Thanks Anderson!!!

My whole house generator project was a great experience from the sales meeting to the installation. The salesman was actually the owner who explained the products, the history of the company, and even took care of the financial. The installation was only 2 days later which was performed by a very knowledgeable and professional team, they were attentive to details, explained everything as they went, and were careful to meet a few expectations I had. They cleaned up nicely afterwards, explained the operation, they even took care of the permit from the town. Overall a great experience for a high quality product that will bring peace of mind for many years

Chris arrived as scheduled and proceeded to complete the scheduled maintenance, including a battery replacement. He provided status of his work throughout and was very professional in his interaction with me. the work was completed on time.

Chris worked very closely with me on converting my generator to natural gas. He was very polite and patient. He did a good job and I felt very confident about his knowledge and ability to do the job. And as a whole Anderson is a great company to hire.

Customer service was excellent. Their price to install the tankless water heater was very competitive with other companies, but they spent more time going over everything and returned my calls promptly.
