Mr. Tom Gerstner, President of Anderson, personally came out to the house and carefully walked us through all the tradoffs and key decision parameters for acquiring our back up generator. As a result, we felt quite confident to make a fully informed decision as to the correct generator size and capability. The install team under Forest's leadership was extremely capable and knowledgeable and carried out an ultra smooth install. Awesome experience!

We had a home generator installed. The crew of 7 people came and had it installed, tested and running in a matter of a couple of hours. The team was very knowledgeable and personable. They were patient in answering every question we had. They were very nice. We would recommend them highly. Thank you for a great job!!

Forrest and Chris were really great! They knew exactly what they were doing and were very friendly. I would recommend this company and especially this team of installers to anyone interested in getting a backup generator.

We had a Eaton whole house generator installed. The price was right and the installation only took about 4 hours. As it turned out our power went out 10 hours after the installation and the generator worked like a charm! Very happy with purchase, many thanks to Anderson Watersystems.

We dealt with the owner personally when it came to sales. He was friendly and willing to get us the best deal possible with our water heater. The installers were wonderful, they were quick with the install and went over everything with us step by step. The only concern I have is when it came to our install date they were two hours late. I had to call customer service twice to get a time frame since no one called me in regards to them being behind schedule. It has only been installed a few days so I will update my review when it gets some more use. So far so good.

Tom presented us with an excellent price for our heating and air conditioning system project using a 97% afue variable heat, ECM Amama furnace with a lifetime full unit replacement together with an Amana 15 seer AC unit with a new 5 ton coil. The installation was done very professionally in one day!! I totally recommend Anderson Heating and Air for their salesmanship, selection of appropriate high quality equipment, professional installation as well as their excellent value pricing the complete system! Thank you Anderson!!
