Good job ! Showed up when they said and in 4 hours job was complete , had a 8 kw generator set installed with 12 circuits on propane gas , very nice install. Now waiting for utility outage, keep up the good work.

Following the initial installation there was one issue that once we notified the folks at Anderson was promptly addressed and the correction made. No one is perfect and having a contractor who is responsive is most important.

They did not fix my orginal problem, but I did buy a water purification system from them. The saleman was pleasant, the installer was okay - was a little rough as he put a mark in the counter top with his drill bit, put dents in the wood floors with his shoes, seems a little grumpy, but it was a rainy day and in the afternoon. I was not informed that I have to drain the system twice a week as it states in the owners manual - this is wasteful but I guess that's the way the system works.
