Chris was everything needed in a technician. He worked quickly and efficiently, and he answered questions that I asked. He was pleasant and professional. When he left, I again felt confident that I was in good hands working with Anderson Power.

Chris, as usual did our annual maintenance on the generator. He is knowledgeable, works efficiently, and very pleasant to deal with. Anderson has been doing our generator and water softening installation and services for about a decade. Very reliable and they do quality work.

Devin came to do routine maintenance on our generator. He arrived on time, and immediately introduced himself. Devin explained what was involved in the maintenance process. After that he got right to work. He didn’t maintenance, and ran the generator to make sure everything was in good order. He asked if I had and questions about what he had done or anything at all generator related. He then finished the paperwork, shook hands and left. He was friendly, courteous and professional. I would be glad to have Devin return for future service. Great job!!!

Tom was great! The installers were exceptional. Good clean install. They even rescheduled us..... for 2 weeks earlier than set appointment. Easy payment terms. We elected to pay a substantial amount down. Tom showed us many generator options. We checked everything and selected the best option for us. No pressure sales tactics. THE INSTALLERS DIDN'T GOOF AROUND EITHER. THEY DID THE JOB AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. Thank you.

Outstanding. After a 10 year install with basically nothing but just adding salt once in a great while I called Kathy and she promptly sent out Ed from god know where to make sure our system installed by them was still functioning properly. The appointment was set about a week out, confirming the day before. Ed messaged me (as per my specific request) before he arrived and arrived on time in an easy to identify professional vehicle. He waited patiently as I secured the dogs and went right to work. He inspected the system, noted how good the condition was and tested the mechanisms to make sure they worked properly. He then went to work on finding a good spot to test our well water before the systems in place. This is where I always get nervous because I have no clue what this drop does and what the color means etc. He took his time and reported the well was good and to just keep doing what we were doing. No upsell. No negativity. He buttoned up the system and reviewed with me how to gently increase or decrease the feeling of “softness” in our well water but basically just left it alone. The system was empty (intentionally in case it needed internal inspection) and I asked if I could at least buy a bag of salt from him, he didn’t have any on board but did recommend because we use so little that we stop using pellets and start using shavings. While I knew the visit would not be free, I felt it fair considering the peace of mind it will give my wife and how long it’s been since they were here. He left and was on his way when the Kathy called and asked if I needed them to get a bag of shaved salt out to me today. I told her I was all set but thanked her for the follow up. I also want to add that Tom Gerstner came to our home for the original sales call where he sold us this softener system, tankless water heater and whole house generator. I texted his 10 year old contact number while making the appointment, and he promptly replied. That in itself should put anyone considering Anderson mind at ease. Thanks Kathy, Ed and of course Tom.

Service was great. Ed was nice and early in the window for showing up, set everything up and explained everything well. Looking forward to getting the benefits from our new water system.
