Came promptly and got my unit back on after enduring 3 days of 100 degs in my home and waiting around for American Home Shield's person to set up a time to come and check. I cancelled with AHS, called AC Doctors and my unit was working again the same day.

Requested to receive quotes from two of the contractors on home advisors, AC DOCTORS was the only one to call. I told them the problem over the phone. They were able to get me in within a couple of hours and arrived at the time they specified. Tony was very friendly. I explained the problem, he told he what the issues could be and he checked every single one of them. My system seemed to be working fine but wasn't getting to the temperature I wanted it to. He checked in with his supervisor since the unit seemed to working properly. His supervisor asked what kind of system it was. He told him Ruud. He told Tony to check for the blower because sometimes the insulation gets sucked in and keeps it from working properly. Low and behold that was the problem. Tony cleared it out and it should be working just fine. Very happy with the service, Tony was very knowledgeable and I only paid the service fee. I would recommend A C DOCTORS!

They came out within 2 hours of our call on the 4th of July with no extra fees for the holiday. They performed a fast repair of the capacitor and for a very reasonable price, saved us from the 100 temperatures outside creeping into our home.
