I had to call them well after they missed their arrival window (they should have contacted me). They quoted me nearly $3,000 to replace ac evaporator coils. I found the York part online for well under $1,000 and according to Home Advisor research discovered the avg for this part/installed is from$900 to $1,500. Now they said that they'd credit me the cost of today's maintenance/fix if I choose to replace within 7 days...I suspect that they are adding it into the quote which explains some of the high price.

Hello Mark, we are sorry for the price discrepancy. Every system is different due to the amount of refrigerant it holds. Every company operates different due to the service they provide. I apologize for missing our time window, we are very busy during summer time. Many customers shop online for pricing, most have a bad experience when something that was purchased on line goes bad or breaks and company that installed it can not warranty it. Again, we are sorry we weren't able come to a price agreement, I'm sure we could of worked something out with you.

Everyone was so friendly. Knowledgable . Explained everything in as much detail as we needed. From the guys at our house, to the owner, to the young lady at the office who explained all the financing and code issues, it was a very good experience.
