They called me shortly after placing the request on Home Advisor to set up an appointment. At that point the "window" was between 9am and 11am. The technician called the morning of the appointment to confirm the appointment and narrowed the window to 9:30-10am which I appreciated. They arrived on time, diagnosed and completed the repair in a timely manner. I will use them again in the spring to ensure both of our A/C systems are ready for the South Texas Summer. This is a good company that I would highly recommend.

He came and did a very thorough inspection of my furnace. He made a couple of minor repairs at no extra cost. He didn't mind that I was watching home work. He was friendly and professional. Great experience . Highly recommended.

Very quick response to my Home Advisor request and was at the house in an hour. They quickly assessed the problem and provided a reasonable price to repair the A/C unit. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

They called right away and came out that afternoon. Robert was very nice and professional and arrived early. They found the problem & checked out the rest of the system. The part was expensive but I don't know if I could have gotten it cheaper. The repair was good but unfortunately a voltage controller thing died a day later. The system was working when he left the first time but it seemed odd that another part broke so fast. But Robert came out at 7:30AM on a Sunday and fixed the part quickly. He did apologize for our trouble & gave us a free AC inspection. It's been great since.

The guy did extra checking, unrelated to my specific problem, at no additional cost, and had some valuable recommendations. He also worked on the amperage on my condenser, which was near it's limit, to bring it down a bit, again without additional charges.
