Raul came out to service my AC unit; he was very professional and seemed to come across as being honest. He appears to be very knowledgeable and knows how to give good advise to customers about how to maintain and service the outside and inside units. After conducting his checks, he pointed out a discrepancy with the outside unit, but didn't pressure me to repair it on the spot. I asked him to give me a quote with military discount and he did. I decided to have him replace a part that was not installed when the unit was purchased with my new house. He was very thorough in explaining why that part was so crucial. It would save me from having to replace other parts and for the unit to last me a lot longer. I would definitely recommend Raul to friends and family.

The AC Doctors no only came on time but actually text'd me hours ahead to let me know they were available sooner. Raul was my repair man, he was courteous and very professional. He told exactly what was wrong and did not pressure me to purchase any additional products. The repair was fast and easy and advised me on how to better maintain the unit going forward. I will definitely be using AC Doctors again when I need AC repair.
