Fixed the AC in a timely manner for a fair price. However, initially called me saying that the entire unit needed to be replaced quoting a very high price. When I said I would get a second or third opinion he said he probably could fix it instead of replace it. Called back within an hour stating it was working good and would last for quite a while.

I noticed that you called us around 11 pm, and we gladly answered the phone and gave the option of servicing within an hour or first thing in the morning, you chose the morning. Our technician was concerned about compressor not coming on. He spoke to you about replacing unit or repairing the existing 9-year unit unit. (Approx $3400 very competitive price- under book) his concern was you investing and it's not lasting due to age, now being that it is a rental property that you have tenants living in, it?s understandable that you chose the repair. Felt comfortable with them. They just replaced what need to be replaced. We re on time. Quality products. They replaced inside unit and the next night the outside unit fan stoped working. Called them around 8:30 pm and with in an hour they were there free of charge to fix out side unit. They replaced start capacitor for free and unit up and running great. Great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone. In the future I will call them first.
