We hired them to do some maintenance and first thing they said was "you need a new system". I seriously dislike technicians who become salespeople. They did the maintenance. I didn't get a new AC and one year later the old AC is working just fine

Hello Mrs. B.[Consumer name withheld at their request], I checked your invoice because I had concerns about your review. The technician did not note that you needed a new system, he did recommend a new system due to the fact that your system is a Freon R-22 system.(outdated and inefficient and in his opinion would be not worth repairing) also noted your filter was dirty and cooling coils were restricted with mildew and system was very low on Freon. You paid us over $500 to get your system working as good as possible that's why a year later it seems to be OK. Robert is a great tech with over 20yrs experience and far from a salesman.
