This was an awesome AC Company. I had another guy that I had used for 10 years, but he couldn't come out for a week and I was desperate. So I looked up Home Visors because I had a good experience with getting someone to trim my trees, and I found the AC Doctor. Robert called me back immediately, and came out within 25 minutes. He replaced our compressor, but that only lasted 2 days (our unit was 18 years old); and when my husband replaced the fuse box, it blew out. He came back immediately within an hour, and said we needed a new AC. They were $500 less than my other AC guy quoted, and they took off about $200 for the compressor, even though it was ruined and they could not use it. Got the whole unit for $2700 which was great (John Wayne AC quoted us $10,000 about five years ago, and our old guy quoted us $3300 + tax). Works great, Robert was respectful, and his team was very clean and nice and importantly COMPETENT!! Needless to say, the AC Doctor is our new AC guy for sure!!! PS: We have a very large house, so I was thrilled with the price. The guy across the street just paid $4,000 for the same thing.

I was thinking I needed to spend thousands of dollars replacing my system. I only had to spend a couple of hundred. The technician was great. He explained everything in detail about my systems issues. He was great. He informed me that my system was okay for now, but be prepared for the time for replacing it which is not to far away.

They were willing to work with us and took the time to explain what happened to our unit without making us feel like we were dumb. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They charged us a fair amount and I will highly recommend them.
