Having had 2 basement floods in the past few years caused by hairpin holes in the pipes. They did a great job repairing/replacing all of my pipes, some electrical work, and HVAC, all in a timely and safe manner. The technicians would give descriptions and probable time/costs their tasks would require. They were polite! Only late yesterday afternoon, I called them to tell of a leak under my kitchen sink. The technicians were here at 8:30 am this morning, repaired the leak, AND advised me there was no charge. How many firms would do that!!!"

Chase came over and evaluated the project and worked with me to get what I wanted within my budget. Chris and Matt tore out the old tub and surround, put in backer board and replaced the feeder lines for the water the first day. They were timely and very neat. Chris and Matt returned the following day and installed a beautiful shower and even repaired the floor where the tub jutted out and the shower wouldn't cover. I had the needed floor sections. Everyone I worked with at Luxury Bath was wonderful and they followed up with my lifetime warrantee. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate).
