"Pleased with the work Jeff performed at my house. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided suggestions on approach to fixing my water heater, and was on arrival within 24 hours. He provided options without pushing for the most expensive repair option (which was to replace the whole unit). Onsite he fixed my unit quickly meanwhile opened up to educate me my system and common troubleshooting tactics. Really appreciated that. "This company may not be the least expensive choice, but I found them very professional and competent. Wayne was great to talk to on the phone and Lamar â the tech who replaced my old, decrepit, leaking utility sink in the basement â was very good, knowledgeable and didn't mind all my questions. So far the new sink is working splendidly. My washing machine empties into that sink, and I was so happy after Lamar left that I did two big loads of laundry and there was no leaking. No more bucket under the sink to catch the leaking water! Hooray!"

"Shower Replacement is not really accurate. This is more like complete bathroom replacement with shower gut to studs and black mold remediation. Pipe, toilet and tile replacement as well. Removal of ancient cast iron pipes in walls and in basement. Big job. I was a little leery of hiring via the internet however, Josh Simpson from SolutionBased is quite the find. I hired him for multiple large jobs, several of which are still in process. One is complete. Josh is extremely knowledgeable; his explanations are thorough. If you contract with him, he takes EXTREME care to protect your home. He moves all furniture but goes much further. For a large job like mine, he completely covered my floors to prevent damage and covered all furniture that was not moved with plastic. He built an in-house tent with zippers for my husband and I (who had to move to a third floor bedroom) to access our laundry and closets in the master bedroom. Everything is totally protected as best as is humanly possible. Josh is responsive to all calls and texts, he makes solid plans, discusses any needed changes and delivers detailed contracts. He is personable and his team members are respectful and careful. He works smoothly with my designer and he serves as an excellent general contractor for the entire project. Finally, Josh is terrific in dealing with insurance companies. When the job is complete, I will add more detail to this review and give the company a final rating."

"My laundry sink was full of dirty water and it was backing up into my kitchen sink. My boyfriend tried and failed to clear it (ironic, since I'm sure it was his bacon grease that caused it in the first place), and then I called MGL. The tech knew what the prob was, clogged main drain, and was in and out in no time. It didn't take much time to fix and he didn't leave a trail behind him. Was happy with my overall experience and would use MGL again if needed."

Dave and Shane arrived on time, and though it was approaching dinnertime, they stayed until all of the work was completed and they double checked everything before leaving. I had spoken to Frank on the phone and he explained up front exactly what would be involved so there were no surprises. The price was reasonable to say the least.
