"Serge is wonderful. He tells what the job cost (replace toilet cost $250, he does not "pad" his labor cost. He does not nickle and dime you over the price of nails or screws or ther materials. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."

"I am so impressed by the work they did on our driveway! The asphalt was crumbling in one area at the end of our driveway, I thought the would just patch it but they actually cut out an area all the way around the end of the drive so they could remove all the bad asphalt and make it deeper so it won't fall apart in the future. They also feathered it into the drive edge so there won't be a drop anymore. I absolutely love it! They were very quick to respond when I reached out to them and came out as soon as the weather permited. I would highly recommend them."

The kitchen remodeling included new design, all the upper and lower cabinets, stainless steel double sink, large island, new paint, new electrical light fixtures and hardwood floor. On top of the kitchen remodeling project, we also decided to remodel our 2 walk-in closets by replacing all the existing shelfs with a complete custom designed ones in both of them. During the work, Lorenzo was our project manager and he visited our house on a daily basis, making sure that all the involved workers will complete the daily tasks without any mistakes. "On time and on budget- Surprised that's not part of the rating system here! My husband and I are elated with the work Palm did for us. I've always been a skeptical person, and when it comes to hiring someone to do work in my personal space, I also become apprehensive. So It was a massive relief to meet with Yonatan. He is convivial and highly competent in his craft. He listened to what we wanted, asked all the right questions, gave us a quote, a timeline, ensured we bought the right materials, and was in constant communication with us. The oversight and execution on this project was seamless. The scope of work entailed tearing out a shower, old vanity, demoing walls and floors, removing and replacing toilets, wiring, painting, tiling walls and floors, putting pocket shelves in, installing lights and hardware - in TWO weeks (a powder room and main bathroom). In the middle of it, we asked if the guys could paint the interior of our loft as well. The obvious answer was 'yes', but the surprise was that it made no difference to two-week time frame. Having made ourselves scarce for that time, when we got back, Yonatan met us at our place, gleaming with pride. He walked us through all the work we had agreed to and called out very small things his crew did in the few days following. Did I already say we are elated with the outcomes?
