"Since our friend raved about her experience with Re-Bath so we had a consultation with Cristian to remodel our 1939 style bathroom. Our initial contact was with Vicki who set up our meeting and was so helpful in answering our questions throughout the process. Cristian, our design consultant listened to our vision and also gave us great suggestions as well as samples to choose from. Alex, the site manager and his assistant Mark did the demolition on day one. The next several days the install began with Joel overseeing and installing with Jason the new floor, walk-in shower and vanity top. Prior to the install Alex customized the vanity to fit into our space. We weren't expecting such detail work and customization to be done. Joel and Jason added some other detail work as well. Not only were we impressed with the contact we had with everyone prior to, during and after the completion, we were so pleased with how our bathroom turned out. "I had pursued a plumber to look into some gurgling in my kitchen sink when the washing machine was running. I was given a free inspection of the issue and a consultation on the cost of running the clean out process. I was also informed that it was up to me to decide if this was needed. The plumber actually provided all the information I needed to come to a solid conclusion on the work that was required. I ended up simply following his advice on DIY cleaning which led to no cost for his services. Based on this initial experience this company wants your business but they don't want to push doing any work onto you, and allow you to make that decision. Great first experience."

"I had a problem with my AC unit three months ago and Hired a company to come out and service the unit. They installed a new thermostat. This month when I turned my furnace on, nothing. I found these Los Andes AC Inc. on this site and read the reviews. They came out within a couple of hours and replaced the thermostat that was installed by the other company. I was shown that the other thermostat was an old model and it kept tripping the breakers. Fernando and Pedro installed the new thermostat and tested it several times to make sure it was working properly. They will be the only company I hire to do work on my house. "Ricardo and another co worker, sorry I didn't get his name, were punctual and texted me when they were on the way. I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. I They are my plumbers for any future plumbing needs and will recommend the company to friends and family."

We were very peased that she was willing to provide service for an existing system installed by another company that had since gone out of business. During her visit to our home, she also took the time to provide us with a basic education on how our solar system worked and showed us how to interpret our electric bills' metering reports -- something that our original company had failed to do. When she pronounced our system "good to go", she granted us peace of mind. "Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."
