From the initial contact to the finished installation, the experience was excellent and very, very different from the previous company I used (which was a totally negative experience.) The initial contact with Anthony was met with a very competent understanding of the issue, a clear explanation of the possible alternatives, an honest and reasonable assessment of the costs to resolve the issue, and a super-fast response time. They left me with a sticker to attach to my water heater with their telephone number which I will use if I ever need service again.
