"The name of the company says it all! I have an old washer (25 yrs?) and it stopped mid cycle. I reached out to about 6 repair places and only received 2 replies :( The first guy I talked to over the phone said that since the machine is so old, it is probably time to look for a new one. I figured he was right and started the research for a new one...what crazy prices, right? A few days later, I got a call from Mike, owner of Done Right Handyman. Boy, was I glad I picked up that call! I told him what the other guy said and Mike said "Why don't I come over and just take a look anyway?" He spent some time checking everything on the machine and found that the belt, located on the bottom of the machine broke. He was able to order a new belt for me and the next day he came back and completed the job in less than 10 minutes. Magic Mike, as I have dubbed him, just saved me a financial hardship and he charged such a reasonable amount for his work. He even fixed my storm door on the way out!!!"

He was very pleasant and respectful, knowing he is the professional and my knowledge of plumbing is very limited, he never made me feel foolish. We scheduled an appointment for today and he arrived right on time. He fixed my toilet, which required some new parts, in a timely manor. He took the time to explain what he was doing along the way and when he was finished he made sure to clean up the bathroom.
