"During cleanup after a water tank leak, our disaster mitigation crew referred JMB Plumbing to repair a corroded water line to our washing machine. Jim not only took the time to go over what needed to be done to get the washer up and running again, but suggested moving the appliances to a better location in the basement, freeing up the space for the pool table my husband's been dreaming of. He came back in a day or two and was able to complete all the necessary plumbing, replacing and re-routing the old flimsy dryer vent, removing old water lines and old laundry sink, and moving both washer and dryer to their new location, all at a very reasonable price - and completed in a span of about six hours. He even included a faucet leak repair and a drain popup fix in the total price. Jim was friendly, polite, professional and an expert in his field. We'll be welcoming him back in the near future to re-install the toilet and sink in the restoration process."

"Hired United to install an under sink water filter and replace handle trim kit in bathtub. The latter was a real problem since the old valve had frozen to the old trim and had to be cut off and a new valve installed. There was no issue with the project. The water filter replacement wa a bit more time consuming since I lost a connector fitting and the filter and faucet I purchased had two different sizes supply lines. But Tom and Dave handled it and everything works perfectly. The total was $425 for 3.5 hours of labor and parts. Very very happy with the work and will definitely be hiring this crew for future plumbing needs."
