"Mo is a wonderful man to work with. He is full of information to help anyone out. Timely, courteous, understanding, professional, Also just a perfect gentleman. I had many questions and he was sincere on pricing for me, which is very important to someone who is on a budget. Also provided me with a small business man booklet that he is a member of to business organizations that help each other out for work here at Cape Cod. One thing I know for sure if I need something to get done I would call Mo to ask his opinion first on the quality of work and pricing before I sign on the dotted line. It was a pleasure to work with him and a pleasure to network with him and with people I know to get him business. I wish him continued success with his company. I wish he was my personal "handyman" !!!! Project - Washed living room and bedroom floors, hauled away existing junk left from summer renters..."

"Did a great job installing new carpet on two floors of our home. Quality of work was great and done in timely matter. Only issue was they ran short on carpet due to wrong measurements but the issue was resolved quickly and the job done."

"Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable. I recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed. :-)"
