During cleanup after a water tank leak, our disaster mitigation crew referred JMB Plumbing to repair a corroded water line to our washing machine. Jim not only took the time to go over what needed to be done to get the washer up and running again, but suggested moving the appliances to a better location in the basement, freeing up the space for the pool table my husband's been dreaming of. He came back in a day or two and was able to complete all the necessary plumbing, replacing and re-routing the old flimsy dryer vent, removing old water lines and old laundry sink, and moving both washer and dryer to their new location, all at a very reasonable price - and completed in a span of about six hours. He even included a faucet leak repair and a drain popup fix in the total price. Jim was friendly, polite, professional and an expert in his field. We'll be welcoming him back in the near future to re-install the toilet and sink in the restoration process.

Jim installed a tankless combination boiler/hot water heater on October 30, 2023; he committed to a follow up service call after 12 months, I have been trying to reach Jim since last Oct and he has not returned my calls, now the system needs cleaning and a fix for the hot water supply temp which keeps fluctuating in temp.

They came out here to look at my oil burner...No hot water was the problem Oct 2022...Same problem occurred in July this year....Called them several time left messages. They finally called back said they would be out here on 7/ 11 first thing in the morning. NO.SHOW. NO PHONE CALL WELL NOW IT IS WED July 12. Had to find someone else, It is my tenant with no hot water...This is her cousins husband...I would not recommend them to anyone. No excuse for not calling me back Waited around all day long.
