They were polite and efficient and because I ask a lot of questions re walked me thru the process. Gary even put the draining hose in an area to water my garden per my request After the water heater was installed, Gary showed me how to adjust the heat and how the unit works. He talked about service calls and explained his company could even service my furnace and showed me how to check the filter in the furnace. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
