Mr. Rooter of Salem

I had to get an outside hose spigot repaired & replaced and Mr. Rooter came in significantly under another quote I had gotten earlier in the day. The work was done well & quick and couldn't recommend them enough.

350 to unplug a drain I had been unplugging myself for a month. Still plunging the sink.

They showed up quickly, gave us a quote, quickly completed the work, and helped us understand what caused the problem and how to do maintenance to avoid problems in the future.

For the $200.00 charged to check water flow at the kitchen sink and then just went under the sink to see about flow and did a back water presser check said it was or must be in the faucet. Then I asked if he had a faucet in the rig yes and then the bill went to $800.00, Sorry but that to me is a rip off for no more time spent. or would have spent. Sorry I will not ask them back. I will have someone else take care of the change over.

So kind and caring and informative-felt like dealing with family...will use them again for sure!

My project was a new sump pump in my crawl space. Mr. Rooter came and did everything in a very timely and efficient manner. Colby was the name of my plumber/technician, and he was very experienced and knowledgeable about sump pumps/crawl spaces in general. He was also very personable and helpful throughout the process, and the cost was way less than a few other companies that I had contacted re the same project. I feel fortunate that this project went off so well and that my plumber/technician was so great. My experience was very positive, and I will definitely hire Mr. Rooter ~ and request Colby by name ~ again.

My project involves replacing a tub drain shoe in my claw foot tub. The first visit to remove the old shoe has been accomplished and the next step will be to order/buy a new drain shoe and then the plumber will come back to install the new shoe after it arrives. The work so far has been done quickly, competently, and at a reasonable price.

they are very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We had a second toilet another plumbing company tried to fix on 2 separate occasions without success but the Mr Rooter plumber fixed it immediately.
