I previously hired him to replace an outdoor sump pump when my mother's basement flooded. He did that, and also fixed the indoor sump, drained the basement, and reinstalled this indoor sump - without asking for additional payment above the quote. "The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "Beautiful job down by the 2 men, except I failed to see ring was not glued to wall and sliding doors slide back about 1/4 inch when shut. When I called they were very compliant and sent a man to correct problem. Problem was solved I am very satisfied and sorry I had not seen the above problem when I did the inspection. I am not use to getting quick turn around when I have a problem with contractors but these folks are great to deal with and interested in making sure everything is done correctly. I would recommend them to all friends and family."
