Our salesperson Dave was very pleasant and thorough in helping us define what we needed to provide a safe space for my mother. Barry and JT were professional, efficient, and clean in completing the renovation. The end product is fantastic! The entire job only took 8 hours. It took so long for us to commit to getting this work done with all the story you hear about companies that take your money and either do lousy work or do not finish the job. "Great presintation! They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"We had water hammer problems. The plumber (Kyle) asked me to explain the extent of the problem and then walked thro' the house checking all the faucets for water hammer. He then asked me to demonstrate the extent of the problem when using the dishwasher (which caused the worst problem). I turned on the machine and he looked under the sink and got hold of the water valve and said here is the problem! The valve wasn't fully open, so he opened it and the washer ran without any water hammer. It took all of 15 minutes, and he said there would be no charge. He was very pleasant to deal with and listened to what I had to say and acted accordingly Plus he double checked with a senior plumber in the office to confirm what he thought the problem might be. Very happy with his attitude, demeanor and 100% concentration on solving my problem."

"The installers were Adam & Ryan. They were here on time and had the walk-in shower completed in 8 to 9 hours not ever taking a break. The primary walk-in shower looks fine. Cleaned up the work areas and made sure everything was ok with me. However, if I had this to do over again I would not hire USA. The workers Adam and Ryan were wonderful and professional. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. However, my experience with the salesman was just horrible. He took a very long time asking what we expected with the showers and it became annoying and I was ready to move on and actually show him our shower arrangements. After a very long time and much more discussion than was necessary, he finally took measurements and showed us the products that I had asked about in the beginning. It's hard to believe that he was trained to do what he did. He was here for 3 hours! I have no complains about the company as such only this salesman."

Mike deFisser and his senior construction manager were both on site at 7:00 am the next morning. The following day Mike and his business partner Deb arrived again to provide samples of tiles and colors. We received the promised proposal within two days. Elegant was not the least expensive but the expertise presented during their initial walk through sold me. It was a great decision because the communication, follow through and quality of the job was all great. "Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."
