Nick is the man if you have an option for install I recommend Nick for sure I would still recommend the company but also Nick goes above and beyond

We recently hired Elegant Bath and Remodel to install a walk-in shower in our home. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. They kept their promise, the workmanship was very professional due to Matt, the hard working installer who was excellent at communicating, respectful to our home and did top notch work.

We had not previously worked with Elegant Bath & Remodel and found them via Angie's List. Received a call within five minutes of making the inquiry. Mike deFisser and his senior construction manager were both on site at 7:00 am the next morning. The following day Mike and his business partner Deb arrived again to provide samples of tiles and colors. We received the promised proposal within two days. Elegant was not the least expensive but the expertise presented during their initial walk through sold me. It was a great decision because the communication, follow through and quality of the job was all great. I would recommend Elegant to anyone looking to do bathroom remodel which is the work they did for my company.

Linda and I are very satisfied with the completed bathroom remodel! While our project was relatively small, Elegant treated us like preferred customers, when communicating with us and working on the project. The project cost was competitive, and the value and benefit gained were more than worth it. Deb and her team do a very good job of coordinating their subcontractors and suppliers, and clearly have a good reputation with those vendors. The very few hiccups we had with materials and scheduling were more than satisfactorily resolved. What sold us on the front end was the multitude of strong reviews, and what stays with us now is their integrity and commitment to everything being just what we hoped for and expected. We are planning to use Elegant for additional projects.

Tyler Baldwin, our sales rep/design associate was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to educate us on all the options available, helping us understand the pros and cons of each choice. Tyler's expertise and friendly approach made us feel confident in our decision to move forward with the project. The tile work, flooring, and glass doors were all done with great attention to detail. The team exceeded our expectations.
