Jorge/Adam/Ramon did an excellent job and were very professional.

The installers were Adam & Ryan. They were here on time and had the walk-in shower completed in 8 to 9 hours not ever taking a break. The primary walk-in shower looks fine. Cleaned up the work areas and made sure everything was ok with me. However, if I had this to do over again I would not hire USA. The workers Adam and Ryan were wonderful and professional. They knew what they were doing and worked well together. However, my experience with the salesman was just horrible. He took a very long time asking what we expected with the showers and it became annoying and I was ready to move on and actually show him our shower arrangements. After a very long time and much more discussion than was necessary, he finally took measurements and showed us the products that I had asked about in the beginning. It's hard to believe that he was trained to do what he did. He was here for 3 hours! I have no complains about the company as such only this salesman.

The technicians Cordell & Ronald kept me informed about the install. I didn’t know I had termite damage in the wall. They replaced the timber & allowed me to peek in to see how it progressed. I appreciate having a warranty that I can pass on if & when I move. The salesman & ladies in the office didn’t mind my questions. No pressure at all!!

Customer service was great. They came and measured the shower space as well as checked for moisture behind the wall. They also showed the various products and discussed the differences between them. They showed different options for accessories. Overall was a very pleasant experience and our Rep was patient and informative.

Customer service was great, walk me down through materials, took pictures and really waa diligent answering all the questions. They even measure for moisture. We are happy to start the project and will hope to write a review when we finish with excellent in their delivery.

Walk in shower install was done in one day and they ( Jorge & Sam)did a great job.

Steve was wonderful to work with. He was very thorough and walked us step by step through the process, showed us designs, samples and explained installation. Highly recommend working with him!

Talked with Corey about a new shower conversation in place of our bathtub. We have a small mobile home. Although planning for such an under taking at almost 80yrs old we are unable to meet the price point that we have on our small social security payments. Corey truly was understanding and very professional in his line of expertise. We were very comfortable with him in our home.

I'm a disabled Veteran and was having a really hard time getting into my shower. From the first call to USA Showers, everyone was willing and able to help with everything. There were parts where the VA were hard to work with. Tammy took over for me and finally everything was approved ! From then on it was smooth sailing. I love my new walk-in shower ! ! ! TYVM to everyone from Steve the sales professional to Jorge and team !
