"CR Plumbling is the only plumber I will ever use or refer to someone in this area. For the past 3 years, we have been dealing with a shower leak in our guest bathroom. We have had 5 plumbers from two local companies, including two master plumbers, try to assess and resolve the issue to no avail. After many appointments, attempts, invoices, and damage to our home along the way, I had almost thrown in the towel. I gave it one last shot with CR Plumbing, and I'm so thankful I did. I sent an inquiry at 11 pm on a Thursday, and by 8 am Friday morning, I had a phone call to walk through the problem and schedule a service call. Knowing we had been through the ringer, we were scheduled to meet with Clay, the owner, which was comforting to know they took the repair so seriously. He also brought along two additional plumbers to ensure many perspectives were taken to make sure it was fixed right the first time. They were able to identify the problem almost immediately and it didn't require cutting through any walls, ceiling, or tile. They ordered the parts they needed and were back the next day to repair the shower. It was quick, effective, and cost efficient. They also maintained COVID protocols throughout the visit, which put us at ease. I'm happy to say that for the first time in 3 years, we can finally use our shower! Thank you, Clay and Phil! "I am very selective and careful with who I do business with. I have worked with 5 other plumbers over the last 5 years, and with large and small companies. Martin with Longhorn Plumbing is a true professional and expert in the field. He is the best of the 5 that I've worked with. He was very quick to make it over to the property to begin work. For example, I had a tub drain issue that was causing a leak in my property. Martin quickly came over the same day, diagnosed, and resolved the issue. Impressed by his work, I asked if he would do additional plumbing work for me that day including installing a toilet, and installing sinks and drains for the bathrooms and kitchen. That evening, he completed all of the work asked. Lastly, I called Martin a week later to repair a major main line issue where the pipe was broken 6 feet underground. My other plumber contacts said they could get out there in 2-3 days, but Martin showed up in a few hours after my call and completed this major work the same day. Despite his fast service, the work is top-notch quality and the pricing is fair. Martin is extremely knowledgeable and I know can count on him to provide an honest expert opinion. "We had an issue with our sidewalk and curb in front of our house being unlevel and possibly a safety hazard. Jakalon was a one man show last Saturday. He was courteous, informative and professionally personable when he spoke with my husband and I. We would check on him and his work during the process and he would stop and share what he was doing. "I requested the service on Sunday evening via HomeAdvisor and they contacted me the next day with an opening. Even with the window of time for scheduling (2 hours) they called to tell me Mark was on the way. He was pleasant young man and took time to explain the various options for the job. He didn't just replace the broken part but several others which were worn out. I was ok with that as I knew the parts were original and nigh 16 years old. Better to do it all at once since he was here. The investment in his time and expertise was worth it. Bluefrog also followed later in the day to make sure all was well and functional with the toilet repair. I thought that was a nice touch. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."

"This was my first experience using C&W Plumbing, but be assured it won't be my last. I was very happy they were willing to work me in after my regular plumbing company, who I have used for past 12 years, were too busy. I was expecting company from Denmark within a couple of weeks. Mario was my technician who did the work and it was done in a very efficient manner. He replaced the drain stopper in my guest bath and one of my bathrooms upstairs, along with the tub spout and overflow valve cover. He also cleaned the sink drain of hair and gunk. While here I asked him to order parts and do more work after my company left, which he did. He was easy to communicate with, used covers over his shoes, and wrote up estimates of the charges before he did the work. I was very pleased. with his work and his respectful attitude."
