"My previous pool provider didnâ t handle my freeze guard as they should have and one of my pump housings cracked. My freeze guard was working two weeks prior. This company I called and he was out of town and even answered my call. I told him what was going on and he came out a couple days later and looked at everything. His pricing was great! They even installed the new one at 4:00 on a Saturday. Another part had to be replaced as well and he got that taken care of as well! I will refer this company to anyone that has a pool or is wanting to build one!"

"If you are looking for a solid construction company sonart is the way to go for sure! All I could say was wow aside from the fact that my mouth was completely open for a solid five minutes LOL! The house was built around the 50s and hasnâ t been updated since the original build. "Brad did an amazing job. My pool has a lot of tree around it and there were a lot of leaves at the bottom of the pool and it had started to turn green. Brad took all of the leaves and debris out of my pool, clean the filters, scrubbed the sides, vacuumed the debris off the bottom and had my pool crystal clear in 5 days. He came back to test and check it to be sure two days after that. 100% recommend him to everyone! I know I've found my pool guy now too! Thanks Brad!!"

"Project: Landscaping, Pool Coping, Concrete Pool Overlay and Fence Staining A great company from start to finish! Alex and the team are awesome, diligent to the task, hard workers and will provide you with a wonderful and satisfying product. Alex and the team are very friendly and professional. We hired THG Lawn & Landscaping to update my shabby and out of date backyard pool area and patio deck. The work entailed removing old tree plants and stump, cleaning out the surrounding pool area and installing decomposed granite â  GORGEOUS! The work also entailed coping replacement of my pool and installation of a concrete overlay and sealant on my pool deck â  BEAUTIFUL!! I was provided a quote on site and was provide detail answers to all of my questions. We did make some revisions to the project based on availability of material, but overall, the work stuck close to the quote. Work began and was completed within 3 weeks of the start; the work was done during the hot Texas summer, but the work was still done and complete on time â  the workers were amazing. Alex kept me informed of progress along the way, and I received a beautiful backyard pool area. We have received many compliments on the pool and patio area. Not only is Steve knowledgeable, personable and helpful but he is chock full of ideas and a warranty to boot. Our 31 ft pool with tanning ledge is beautiful, looks brand new and the full tile repair and replacement on the raised beam and stairs combined with the coping replacement with platinum ice looks like itâ s worthy of a pool magazine photo shoot. "This is an update. I would give North Point Pools a Ten if possible. Chris was engaged throughout the reinstallation of my pool pump, filter, heater and control system. There were configuration software issues that Hayward had to become involved with. And Chris stay engaged throughout to make sure the system operated as it was supposed to.
