The sales and contracting process was easy; I never felt pressured to buy or to make decisions that would increase the price of the project. Additionally, after getting a few quotes on the project, Bath Pro KC was the most cost-effective option - by far. They guys handling the implementation were courteous and kept my space quite clean, even though they were ripping out tile and an old tub. After each day of work, they vacuumed and packed everything up so that my space was livable. Installation took a bit longer than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances (1 extra day), and the guys at Bath Pro KC were apologetic and came in on a Saturday to get the shower finished up and usable.
