The job was finished 21 days and I still don't have an electrician to wire the sump pumps . One electrician made an appointment for the Monday after the system was installed and didn't show up. The discharge was supposed to run 37 feet into the yard it only runs about 10 feet. I question if this as far enough, to prevent water from running back into the basement. If this happens, I will hire an independent contractor to extend it and send the bill to this company. Finally, I was told the paperwork and warranty would be sent by mail. i have yet to receive it. Just makes me wonder about this company's .credibility.
