"Bath Pro KC recently remodeled my shower - I went from a tub with doors to a walk-in shower, and I have to say, everyone at this company was a pleasure to work with! The sales and contracting process was easy; I never felt pressured to buy or to make decisions that would increase the price of the project. Additionally, after getting a few quotes on the project, Bath Pro KC was the most cost-effective option - by far. They guys handling the implementation were courteous and kept my space quite clean, even though they were ripping out tile and an old tub. After each day of work, they vacuumed and packed everything up so that my space was livable. Installation took a bit longer than expected due to some unforeseen circumstances (1 extra day), and the guys at Bath Pro KC were apologetic and came in on a Saturday to get the shower finished up and usable. I greatly appreciate the work they did, and I would recommend them to anyone in the KC area. They sell great products, have a professional team, and are a joy to work with all around."

"While timely communication was an issue at times, and a few bidding appointments at another property were mis-scheduled, when they did come out to bid, Eric and Brian were friendly, professional, helpful and efficient. "Mark and his guys, Jimmy and Ricardo, recently installed around 1750 sq ft of vinyl plank flooring in our basement in our home here in Lawrence. Everything went well, and I highly recommend them. I found Mark after doing an online search. I contacted Mark and the next day he came out and provided an estimate that was more detailed and competitive than the other estimates I had received. That estimate was in late November and Mark delivered on his promise that they would get the job done before Christmas (from estimate to job completion was surprisingly fast at exactly 3 weeks). When we ordered the flooring from Menards, it was out of stock and appeared weâ d need to wait a long time but Mark used his Menards connections to quickly collect enough flooring from the Menards in Topeka, Lawrence, and Olathe. Jimmy and Ricardo did an excellent job on the installation. There were a number of places where the flooring and trim work required that unusual shapes be cut. Jimmy and Ricardo demonstrated that they are real craftsmen when they repeatedly came up with creative ideas that ended up making those problem areas blend in seamlessly with everything else. Plus Jimmy and Ricardo were always polite and friendly so we enjoyed having them in our home over the course of the 1-week install. So overall my wife and I were very pleased, and we will likely have Mark and his guys remodel our master bath next fall."
