"This is the company you WANT TO CALL FIRST! A couple weeks late with review, but Craig came out to help clear my backed up main line pipe. He went above and beyond to help, but my house came with no main line to be found and I mean he was all over my yard looking for it, even I was scratching my head on it. He offered to put in a main line off the house and I couldn’t afford it even though the price was VERY reasonably priced. With having a baby on the way very soon, there just wasn’t a way to squeeze it out. He didn’t charge a thing for all the work he did trying to locate it. But before I did this I got Alpha to give me a free estimate. They sent one of their Experts to check my house. He only showed me just what I needed to make my house complete and safe to live in. They never once tried to take advantage of me. I added to the work they recommended for my on peace of mind. All I had to do from beginning to end was to sign the contract. They took care of all the permitting and scheduling work crews, that by the way are Alpha employees, not subcontractors. You can tell that they know what they are doing and proud of their work. They have quality equipment and I can’t say enough about the professionalism of all their people. When they say they are going to do something they do it. I would definitely recommend ALPHA Foundations."

They discussed the labor costs with us prior to working on our project but did not disclose an estimated final cost. When we received our invoice we were floored. The service took a total of one hour and our bill was $780. It is an absurd cost for a job that took one hour, including the time to the store to purchase parts. We do not recommend them for future services unless you ask for full disclosure on the anticipated final cost. Very disappointed with the cost."

Technician Frank diagnosed the problem as being a clog created by the disposal, not the â bellyâ situation in the sewer line that Lickety Split diagnosed. Frank was super knowledgable and friendly. He did a great job explaining things in terms we could understand and he really put us at ease. He was quick, thorough, and left the job site in great condition.
