Rock Solid Plumbing Services

The shower and bathroom floor replacement done for us was completed this week and is really beautiful. Our initial contact with the company, Katrina in the office was always helpful. Our sales consultant, J.R. knows the product. He listened to what our needs were and was an asset in making our selections. Our installer was Ravi. This gentlemen is a consummate professional! He was in our home several days and he was always pleasant. He worked tirelessly and efficiently. He is extremely knowledgeable, addressed any questions or concerns immediately and kept us apprised of everything taking place. When he left in the evening, the work area was clean and neat. He takes such pride in every aspect of his work. He allayed any apprehensions by explaining how he did things and how it would look. The shower and bathroom floor look exactly as he said he could do it. We have a lovely quartz floor and new shower and we are so pleased. Ravi is an exceptional craftsman and his meticulous attention to detail is most obvious in the finished product. Thank you Ravi for a job well done.

Bath planet did a kitchen reface and redid our primary shower, each completed in 1 week once work begin. The price was the best quote we’ve found and the contractors they sent were very respectful of our home by cleaning up and prepping the space so there was not a lot of dust everywhere. You could tell they had pride in their work. The finance process was easy, the consultation was simple. Most of my consultation after the initial in person meeting, was done via text which was great. This company has been doing it for a while and I can tell, things ran so smoothly for the most part. I’m glad I decided to go with bath planet, and I will definitely be using them again once we’re ready to do our other bath!

Shon came to our home to give us an estimate on our master bathroom and he was EXTREMELY condescending and rude! He treated us like we were wasting his time. He was supposed to get back to with a design and additional prices and he or anyone else from the company never followed back up! I guess our business was not welcome!

We had recently moved to the area and knew we wanted to renovate the primary bathroom of the house we had bought. Bath Planet has been amazing every step of the way and their payment plans aren’t bad either! I’m excited for the bathroom to be finished!

Katrina did a awesome job organizing this project and keeping me informed on who and when. Javan was great to work with, even though he did all the work. Ramon and I enjoyed watching the daily change from the old bathroom to the new bathroom. We had a crew off an on. Julian and Dillion did most of the demolition, not before Javan took out his side. They were very good at cleaning up their mess and disposing of it. I really appreciated their clean up. Javan got to work after demo and got the shower , floor and toilet in for us. We were amazed that our bathroom could look bigger and so beautiful. Dillion and William came the last day to finish plumbing for vanity and they put vanity in. They did a great job and we appreciated them working on changing the spot where water access and drainage went to fit our vanity. If we ever want to do another project you can bet we will be calling BathPlanet and Rock Solid Plumbing to do it. The whole process from Nik coming out to show us our options to the finished job was not without work from both sides, but it all worked out great. No complaints. And we love our new bathroom.
